Jen helped design a facilitation that was successful beyond my expectations. This facilitation served 50+ participants, all from different non-profit organizations with highly differentiated agendas. Jen quickly grasped the goals of the effort I was leading as well as the nuances and challenges presented by the diverse needs of the different stakeholders; she was able to do this remotely and with very little ramp up time. The support materials she designed made it easy for me to plan for and deliver the facilitation without any hiccups. We worked with Jen on an agenda for a facilitated meeting of a coalition of homeless services providers. We knew going in that the meeting had a very ambitious scope, an extremely tight timeline, and would involve a room full of people with competing needs. Jen took all challenges in stride and produced a winning meeting agenda including exercises and meeting materials, and gave us fantastic coaching on how to successfully facilitate the meeting.
