I've been up to a number of things over the course of my life. To be more specific, I'm known for my skills as:

• A facilitation & experience design ninja.
• A leadership coach.
• A possibility provocateur.
• A transition pathfinder.
• An illuminator of awesomeness.
• An ice cream sandwich artisan.
• A carousel connoisseur.
• And a sometimes circus monkey.

To pay the bills, I work with teams and individuals to increase their productivity, creativity, communication, happiness, and pursuits of excellence. How? By helping them remember how to get curious, by teaching them new ways of thinking, listening, and engaging with each other around the things they do every day. Why? Because if we are awesome at working together within our teams that will extend beyond the walls of the company to reach our customers and our communities. And because it's fun and challenging. And because watching others light up when they realize what's possible? Best ever.
